HUG&BETRAY 利用規約・プライバシー

1. 配信への表示について（いちばん大事）

このページ（手元画面）からゲームに参加すると、あなたが入力した名前・コメント（ホイール発言／自由コメント／遠吠え）・選んだキャラクターが、ホスト（配信者）のゲーム画面に表示されます。ホストの画面はライブ配信・録画・切り抜き動画などとして公開・再配布されることがあります。参加した時点で、これらの表示・公開に同意したものとみなします。

By joining a game from this page, the name, comments (quick taunts, free comments, and the loser's howl) and character you enter will appear on the host's game screen, which may be live-streamed, recorded, clipped and redistributed. By joining, you consent to this display and publication.

2. 配信者のみなさまへ：配信・切り抜きガイドライン

HUG&BETRAYは配信されることを前提に作られたゲームです。どんどん配信してください。

ライブ配信・録画・切り抜き・ショート動画・収益化、すべてOK（個人・法人・事務所所属を問わず、事前連絡は不要です）
クレジット表記は任意です（タイトル名「HUG&BETRAY」やストアページのURLを添えていただけたら嬉しいです。ハッシュタグは #ハグビット）
BGM・効果音はオリジナル制作＋権利処理済み素材のみで、コンテンツID等の著作権申し立ての心配はありません
禁止事項: ゲーム内の画像・音声など素材単体の切り出し再配布、公式と誤認させる利用、公序良俗に反する利用

HUG&BETRAY is built to be streamed — please do! Live streaming, recording, clips, shorts and monetization are all allowed for individuals, companies and agency talents alike, with no prior permission needed. Credit is optional (the title "HUG&BETRAY" or a store link is appreciated; hashtag #ハグビット). All music and SFX are original or fully licensed, so there is no risk of Content ID or copyright claims. Not allowed: redistributing extracted game assets (images/audio) on their own, uses that impersonate the official project, or offensive uses.

3. 禁止事項

誹謗中傷・差別的表現・脅迫・わいせつな表現など、他者を傷つける発言
個人情報（本名・住所・電話番号など）を名前やコメントに含めること
なりすまし・スパム・サーバーへの攻撃や妨害行為
法令または配信プラットフォームの規約に違反する行為

ホストは不適切な参加者を退出させることができます。違反により生じた問題の責任は発言した本人が負います。

Prohibited: harassment, discriminatory or obscene remarks, threats; including personal information (real names, addresses, phone numbers) in names or comments; impersonation, spam, or attacks on the server; anything violating the law or the streaming platform's rules. Hosts may remove disruptive participants. You are responsible for what you post.

4. プライバシー（あつかうデータ）

アカウント登録はありません。メールアドレス等の個人情報は収集しません
名前・コメント・キャラ選択はゲーム進行のためだけにサーバーのメモリ上で扱われ、部屋の終了（無人10分または12時間）とともに消えます。データベースへの保存はありません
IPアドレスは不正対策（連続アクセスの制限）のためだけに一時的に参照し、保存しません
ホストがアップロードする「じぶんの画像」はその部屋の参加者への表示にのみ使われ、部屋とともに消えます
ブラウザのローカルストレージに言語設定・再入場キーを保存します（このサイトの動作のためだけに使用）
広告・アクセス解析・トラッキングは使用していません

No accounts; no personal data such as email is collected. Names, comments and character picks live only in server memory for the duration of the room (deleted when the room closes — 10 min empty or 12 h max); nothing is stored in a database. IP addresses are checked only for rate-limiting and are not retained. Host-uploaded photos are shown only to that room and deleted with it. Your browser's local storage keeps language and rejoin-key settings for this site only. No ads, analytics or tracking.

5. 免責

本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。サーバーの停止・不具合・通信環境などにより、ゲームの進行が中断・巻き戻りする場合があります。参加者間のトラブル、および配信・切り抜き等での二次利用に起因する問題について、開発者は責任を負いません。

This service is provided "as is". Games may be interrupted by server or network issues. The developer is not liable for disputes between participants or issues arising from streams, recordings or clips.

7. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後にゲームへ参加した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

These terms may change without notice. Joining a game after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
